It’s time for Hunter’s Feast in Austria. All restaurants in Tirol have wild game entrees this time of year and Strudl Haus is joining in that tradition. Come and experience Wild Weeks dinners which include entrees of Elk, Venison, Buffalo, Mountain Goat, Wild Boar, Trout, Rabbit , Pheasant and Duck. Chef Michael has is busy creating exceptional dishes with these fine meats along with mushrooms, chestnuts, dates, figs and spaetzles in delicious sauces.
